Panel Discussion: Community of Practice, Collaboration, and “What We Wish We Knew As a New BCBA”
December 11, 2021 @ 11:00 am - 1:00 pm
We are excited to share our upcoming panel discussion event: Community of Practice, Collaboration, and “What We Wish We Knew As a New BCBA”
Supervision, mentorship, and leaning on others for support do not end when you earn your certification – it’s a career long journey! Whether you have been practicing as a BCBA for 6 months or 20 years, building a community of colleagues and “checking yourself” is constantly important as you develop and evolve in your knowledge and practice.

Renai has been providing services to individuals with various neuro-developmental diagnoses since 2009, and has been a BCBA since 2016. Having worked in centres, homes, schools, and community settings, Renai has collaborated with numerous professionals during her career and has had to learn to adapt to the surroundings. Renai currently works in private practice, managing multiple different contracts.
